Perforated muffler pressure field

Adjust frequency on the fixed three-dimensional multi-chamber perforated muffler to predict the acoustic-pressure amplitude field.

Published scope

The inputs, geometry and outputs below follow the registered public case. Published verification applies only to the stated conditions. Service availability requires a live request.

Frequency-conditioned POD neural surrogate

Baffles, ducts and perforated impedance interfaces alter the pressure distribution in a multi-chamber muffler. This case uses a three-dimensional half-symmetry geometry with seven acoustic domains.

Predict pressure amplitude at 16,735 original cell-interior points for frequencies from 20 to 600 Hz, with fixed geometry, air at 20 C, 1 Pa incident pressure and no mean flow.
